Sexuality is fluid and isn’t made up by a bunch of rules. The only people who have any right to define what THEIR sexuality is, is that person in question. It may be annoying when it seems like someone is unsure about an identity that you know you’re sure of for yourself, but that doesn’t put you in any place to judge them. For all we know, people like you listed above may be struggling with their sexual identity. Or taking baby steps to being out. Or even taking baby steps to outing themselves as something else. No one knows but that person.

I’m just curious, what was everyone’s first ever episode of Doctor…

Unfortunately, it was “Voyage of the Damned”.  I grew taste shortly after and consider “Pyramids of Mars” my true first episode of DW, as that was the one that got me hooked.

My first was “Rose” and I’ve always loved Nine because of it. Well it was the first I actually watched. I know when I was out in Aus that some of my friends watched some random episodes of older Who but I wasn’t ever paying attention then so I could not tell you what episodes they were.

Next fall, thousands of students on college campuses will attempt to register to vote and be turned away. Sorry, they will hear, you have an out-of-state driver’s license. Sorry, your college ID is not valid here. Sorry, we found out that you paid out-of-state tuition, so even though you do have a state driver’s license, you still can’t vote…

Republicans usually don’t want to acknowledge that their purpose is to turn away voters, especially when race is involved, so they invented an explanation, claiming that stricter ID laws are necessary to prevent voter fraud. In fact, there is almost no voter fraud in America to prevent.

William O’Brien, the speaker of the New Hampshire State House, told a Tea Party group earlier this year that students are “foolish” and tend to “vote their feelings” because they lack life experience. “Voting as a liberal,” he said, “that’s what kids do.” And that’s why, he said, he supported measures to prohibit students from voting from their college addresses and to end same-day registration. New Hampshire Republicans even tried to pass a bill that would have kept students who previously lived elsewhere from voting in the state; fortunately, the measure failed, as did the others Mr. O’Brien favored.

Many students have taken advantage of Election Day registration laws, which is one reason Maine Republicans passed a law eliminating the practice. Voters restored it last month, but Republican lawmakers there are already trying new ways to restrict voting. The secretary of state said he was investigating students who are registered to vote in the state but pay out-of-state tuition.

Yes, the New X-Men books before Kyle and Yost came along have such a different feel to them. I liked the balance with the kids and the adults in it. I liked seeing Dani interact with them and the dynamics in the school before everyone started dying.

A man at a bar in Murrieta, California ribbed an off-duty cop that he ‘suck[ed] at darts,’ the cop, 42-year-old Dayle Long, reportedly responded by pulling out a gun and executing him in front of a shocked crowd in an incident one man described as ‘the most horrific scene I’ve seen in my entire life.’

Patch.com reports:

Chris Hull, a 39-year-old Temecula resident, said he was inside the bar and saw the shooting happen.

Hull said he witnessed a man walking up while Hull and a group of friends were playing darts. The man reportedly identified himself as an off-duty cop and started a discussion with the group about darts.

“We were playing darts, and he says ‘I’m better at darts than you are,”’ Hull said.

“My buddy says, ‘Aw, you suck at darts.’ (The man) says, ‘That’s why I’m a cop, I can do whatever I want to do.’”

Hull said his friend, identified only as Danny, asked the man, “Really, you can do anything?” The man then pulled out his gun, Hull said, and after the group repeatedly asked him to put it away he “pops three rounds into my friend Sam.”

Hull identified his friend as Sam Venettes. He didn’t answer a request for Vanette’s age or hometown, but said he was a “hardworking guy” who “works three jobs.”

Police have not released any information on the name of the victim.

“I just watched the most horrific scene I’ve seen in my entire life,” Hull told Patch.

“This is the worst day of my life.”

It should be noted, the cop was a 10-year veteran of the force.

This is exactly why I refuse to donate to the Salvation Army, and will tell anyone who will listen about their anti-LGBT funding. They are an evangelical protestant church which uses donated money to actively oppose gay rights. They spend donated money lobbying governments to prevent LGBT rights legislation.
