Jack, Martha, and Rose all had romantic feelings for him and for Jack and Martha there was definitely tension as they knew it was never going to happen. But, Donna wasn’t jealous of Rose. She didn’t want to sleep with him. She just really wanted him to be happy — as it should be. A good bromance as they call it.
